Application Analyst Onsite

Role Summary

We are hiring an Application Analyst to support the client’s Information Systems Department. The role bridges business and technology — gathering requirements, authoring functional specifications, supporting application configuration, and driving user acceptance for application changes and enhancements.

• Conduct business requirement workshops with departmental stakeholders.
• Author functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Support application configuration and parameterisation.
• Coordinate UAT cycles — test plan authoring, defect tracking, sign‑off facilitation.
• Develop and deliver end‑user training material and sessions.
• Maintain application configuration documentation and CMDB hygiene.
• Liaise between business users, development teams, and vendors on functional issues.
• Support production application releases and regression testing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related.
• 4+ years’ experience in business analysis or application analysis roles.
• Hands‑on with BA tools — MS Visio, BPMN modelling, Jira, Confluence.
• Working knowledge of at least one enterprise application — ERP, EDMS, or CRM.
• Strong written communication, including ability to author bilingual (Arabic/English) documentation.
• ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Native or fluent Arabic AND professional English.

• IIBA ECBA / CCBA / CBAP certification.
• Experience with low‑code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Out Systems).
• SQL fluency for data analysis.
• Prior experience in Qatar government or public sector.
