This role is looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with both the operational side of PM work (tracking, reporting, documentation) and some technical exposure (QA testing, tools like JIRA/Planview). Excel proficiency and clear communication is a must.
Responsibilities- Quality Assurance test experience in the past:
Familiar with Test scripts preparation and executing Testing, raising Bugs and reporting to Vendor for fixing - Being able to write procedures, prepare Training materials for a new system.
- High-level knowledge of Demand Management, resource and capacity planning process
- Preparing Management regular reports.
- Preparing executive summaries, presentations/status reports and management Dashboards
- Ensure all project-related documents (plans, status reports, and logs. Etc.) are accurately prepared, updated, and maintained.
- Assist senior project managers for day-to-day activities
- Manage small sized Projects
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization efforts within the Projects Department
- Training experience
- Demand Management
- Resource and capacity planning
