We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to support and maintain all hotel IT systems. This role ensures smooth daily operations, provides technical support to all departments, and maintains system security and data integrity in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support all IT systems including computers, servers, network devices, telephony, and POS systems.
  • Provide technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner.
  • Install and configure IT equipment for new and existing users.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
  • Ensure proper backup procedures are in place and regularly tested.
  • Maintain IT security standards and protect systems against threats.
  • Control user access and ensure permissions are aligned with job roles.
  • Coordinate with vendors for system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Maintain proper documentation of systems, licenses, and configurations.
  • Support staff with basic IT training and system usage when required.
  • Assist with IT budgeting and submit reports to management.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is maintained in a safe and controlled environment.
  • Respond to IT emergencies and support operational needs as required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in hospitality.
  • Good knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and hotel systems (PMS/POS).
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and data protection standards.
  • Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Service‑oriented with attention to detail.
