We are looking for an experienced L1 & L2 Support Engineer to provide operational and technical support for OMNIA Traffic Management Systems and Tolling Back-Office Systems
. The role involves real‑time monitoring, incident resolution, system handover, change implementation, and reporting to ensure continuous availability and performance of critical ITS infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in L1/L2 IT or OT operations support.
- Experience in ITS, traffic management, tolling systems, or 24/7 mission‑critical operations is required.
- Hands‑on knowledge of VMware, vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, ESXi, and HCI/VxRail clusters.
- Working knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA, CRM, databases, RSE systems, and back‑office transaction flow. - Familiarity with ITIL processes, incident management, change management, and SLA monitoring.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID and ready to join immediately.
