Senior Data Analyst position focuses on advanced data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring to support cargo and airport operations. The role works closely with operational, commercial, and management teams to deliver insights that enhance productivity, optimize resources, and support strategic initiatives.

• Analyze large operational and commercial datasets related to cargo and airport operations
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance reports for key stakeholders
• Monitor operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for management decision making
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data sources, tools, and automation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and cross-functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within aviation, cargo, logistics, or operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate outputs under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences
