Responsibilities

- Architecture diagrams.
- Work closely with engineers and product managers to gather technical information.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and up‑to‑date.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
- Follow documentation standards, templates, and style guides.
- Review and edit existing documentation for quality and clarity.
- Manage documentation versioning and updates.
- Support release notes and product updates.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Personal qualities such as curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving are essential.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
