As a Senior Solutions Architect at NTT DATA, you will help define and deliver high‑impact technology architectures for our strategic clients in Qatar. This role places you at the center of customer discussions, working closely with senior IT stakeholders to shape solution direction across cloud, data center, security, and enterprise platforms. Your ability to translate business needs into integrated, scalable architectures will play a key part in driving client transformation initiatives.

A major focus of the role involves leading architecture design efforts across multi‑domain, hybrid, and multi‑vendor environments. Rather than working in isolation, you will collaborate with sales, delivery teams, and global SMEs to craft solutions that balance strategy, cost, performance, and long‑term sustainability. Whether facilitating workshops, guiding future‑state architecture definitions, or evaluating technology options, your influence will be felt across the engagement lifecycle.

Presales leadership is another essential aspect of the position. From responding to RFPs and RFIs to presenting architecture concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, your work will help shape the value propositions we bring to market. You will contribute detailed HLDs, LLDs, diagrams, BOMs, and scopes of work that clearly communicate solution intent and delivery expectations.

Governance and architecture assurance also fall within your responsibility. You’ll ensure that designs meet industry best practices, adhere to NTT DATA standards, and comply with security and operational requirements. Supporting design reviews, validating solution integrity, and contributing reusable architectural frameworks for the Qatar region will be part of your day‑to‑day impact.

Innovation plays an ongoing role in this position. Staying ahead of trends in cloud, data center, virtualization, automation, networking, AI/ML enablers, and security will allow you to influence our go‑to‑market offerings and help clients adopt modern technologies with confidence.

Collaboration is fundamental to success in this role. Expect to work closely with cybersecurity, network, applications, and delivery teams, while also providing mentorship to junior architects and engineers when needed—offering leadership without shifting into a full people‑management track.

• 10–18 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud/infrastructure design, or enterprise architecture.
• Hands‑on background designing solutions across:
• Data center & virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V, Nutanix)
• Cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, hybrid models)
• Networking & security fundamentals
• Backup/DR, monitoring, and automation
• Strong understanding of multi‑vendor ecosystems (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, Dell, etc.).
• Architecture & Presales skills:
  Proven ability to produce HLDs, LLDs, architectural blueprints, and detailed design artifacts. Solid presales experience including workshops, PoCs, client presentations, and RFP responses. Ability to articulate business value and technical differentiators.

  Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Strong stakeholder management, especially with senior IT decision‑makers. Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, multi‑project environments.
• Qualifications:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Highly preferred certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP/VCAP, CCNP/CCDP, TOGAF, or related credentials.
