- Lead and manage a team of analysts in collaboration with data engineers to design and deploy advanced dashboards and analytics solutions.
- Translate business requirements into data models, visualization tools, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Oversee development of new datasets, dashboards, and analytical enhancements while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Manage user stories, enhancement requests, and project timelines using structured project management methodologies.
- Design and implement new analytical models to enhance commercial performance monitoring.
- Drive adoption of visualization tools across the commercial organization through training and technical support.
- Monitor industry trends and introduce innovative analytics techniques and business intelligence tools.
- Manage access controls, licenses, and governance of visualization platforms in coordination with IT.
- Improve internal processes related to data analytics, reporting automation, and governance standards.
- Establish team objectives aligned with corporate strategy and evaluate performance against defined targets.
- Supervise daily team activities including recruitment, training, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong expertise in visualization platforms such as Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Qlik.
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies in analytics projects.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis, planning, and strategy concepts.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
