Sr. Specialist Core Banking System
To provide comprehensive support and analysis for core banking systems.
Core banking system BAU supports management to ensure smooth operation.
Perform system configuration, set up and testing/simulating and identify and resolve the system related issues.
Analyzing the data to identify the root cause of any production issues reported.
Collaborating with business operation teams to gather requirements/issues for implementation.
Communicating with business stakeholders to identify the functional issues that they face and to solve them.
To support in Banks DR activities.
Providing the ad hoc reports requested by business team for analysis.
To support the core banking releases/fixes and to sort out any discrepancies observed during the testing phase.
Collaborating with vendors to discuss and resolve all the concerns raised with them which is identified during the testing or in live system.
