• Design and oversee IT infrastructure solutions aligned with corporate technology standards and business requirements
• Control installation, upgrade, maintenance, and operational support of infrastructure and field services systems
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational incidents and implement configuration changes through formal change management processes
• Ensure 24x7 availability, reliability, and stability of passenger systems, security systems, and OT environments
• Manage delivery of infrastructure and OT security projects within defined cost, quality, and timeline parameters
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with service level agreements
• Implement and maintain documented IT processes aligned with ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 standards
• Support OT‑IT convergence initiatives while maintaining network segmentation and safety integrity
• Oversee OT network zoning concepts, VLAN configurations, and firewall‑based separation between IT and OT systems
• Participate in architecture reviews, onboarding of OT systems, and validation of security controls
• Support operational technology security monitoring, logging, and collaboration with incident response teams
• Maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, security standards, and onboarding guidelines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT infrastructure, OT cybersecurity, or industrial control system environments
• Experience with in critical infrastructure such as airport systems, utilities, or oil and gas environments
• Strong knowledge of airport operational systems including baggage handling, fire alarm systems, airfield lighting, or building management systems
• Practical understanding of OT security technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, secure remote access, and centralized logging
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Bac Net, OPC, or equivalent
• Knowledge of ISA or IEC 62443 concepts including zones, conduits, and defense in depth principles
• Experience supporting OT upgrades, change management, and compliance validation
• Ability to produce structured technical documentation and standards
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with IT, OT, facilities, SOC, and vendor teams
• Relevant certifications such as GICSP or ISA IEC 62443 are preferred
