- Develop and execute a comprehensive inflight entertainment content strategy aligned with brand and passenger demographics
- Curate and acquire diverse content including movies, TV, music, games, and digital programming
- Manage relationships with studios, distributors, licensing agencies, and content service providers
- Utilize data analytics and passenger engagement insights to optimize programming decisions
- Ensure compliance with licensing agreements, copyright laws, and cultural standards
- Oversee content quality assurance, including audiovisual standards and system audits
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate content across IFE hardware and digital delivery platforms
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust content rotations to maximize engagement
- Manage entertainment content budgets and identify cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Lead and mentor team members to maintain high performance and innovation standards
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience or diploma with 7 years in media or content programming
- Strong understanding of OTT platforms, streaming trends, and the global media ecosystem
- Proven experience in data-driven content curation and programming strategy
- Knowledge of media integration systems, digital content workflows, and IFE hardware platforms
- Solid understanding of licensing models and intellectual property compliance
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
