Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Customer Experience Web Specialist to drive digital transformation across its global cargo operations. The role focuses on optimizing online platforms, improving customer engagement, and enhancing user experience through data-driven digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize key digital web products for the cargo division to improve customer experience.
  • Lead onboarding, change management, and training sessions for users on digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop internal and external communications and training content.
  • Analyze feedback and operational data to identify gaps and propose process improvements across departments.
  • Work with sales, operations, and network teams to enhance customer experience through process standardization and digital tools.
  • Conduct workshops to map processes, document requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and validate business requirements for digital solutions and future product phases.
  • Oversee User Acceptance Testing and ensure quality releases into production.
  • Act as Product Owner for specific digital web solutions, managing delivery and roadmap updates.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Background in logistics, transportation, or aviation preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level digital products and customer experience systems.
  • Experience with web technologies, digital platforms, and customer onboarding.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and business communication skills.
  • Proficiency in process improvement and project management methodologies.
Skills Set
  • Proficient in digital analytics tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
