- Manage and optimize key digital web products for the cargo division to improve customer experience.
- Lead onboarding, change management, and training sessions for users on digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop internal and external communications and training content.
- Analyze feedback and operational data to identify gaps and propose process improvements across departments.
- Work with sales, operations, and network teams to enhance customer experience through process standardization and digital tools.
- Conduct workshops to map processes, document requirements, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and validate business requirements for digital solutions and future product phases.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing and ensure quality releases into production.
- Act as Product Owner for specific digital web solutions, managing delivery and roadmap updates.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Background in logistics, transportation, or aviation preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise-level digital products and customer experience systems.
- Experience with web technologies, digital platforms, and customer onboarding.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and business communication skills.
- Proficiency in process improvement and project management methodologies.
- Proficient in digital analytics tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to translate user requirements into technical specifications.
- Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
