- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with commercial teams, IT partners, and external vendors to translate business objectives into actionable requirements
- Identify root causes of business challenges and facilitate effective solutions using structured analysis techniques
- Analyze and optimize as‑is and to‑be business processes using UML and BPMN modeling approaches
- Collaborate with UX and development teams to define wireframes, mock‑ups, and user experience requirements
- Actively participate in agile delivery pods, including PI planning, sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives, and OKRs
- Refine and prioritize product backlogs to ensure alignment with commercial strategy and delivery objectives
- Support quality assurance activities, define acceptance criteria, and assist with UAT to ensure high‑quality deliverables
- Support change enablement, business roll‑out activities, post go‑live support, and end‑user training
- Promote continuous learning, feedback, and improvement within the agile delivery environment
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, sciences, commerce, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or diploma qualification with at least 6 years of experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills within multicultural environments
- Hands‑on experience with agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
- Proven experience in requirements analysis, process modeling, and backlog management
- Practical knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, Draw.io, and Visio
- Business analysis certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, IREB, or BCS
- Agile certifications including CSPO, CSM, SAFe Practitioner, or equivalent
- Commercial acumen with exposure to airline B2B digital solutions in sales, marketing, or customer experience domains
