Job Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with stakeholders to capture business requirements, prepare analysis reports, and provide the best IT solutions and design.
• Analyze the business requirements and automate the procedures.
• Do process re‑engineering based on the automation study.
• Plan and estimate the duration of the effort needed for new features, components, or modifications to an existing application.
• Design and implement business applications through tools mentioned below.
• Be experienced in JDeveloper tool, Oracle Form Report Builder, and creating new workflows in AME.
• Deliver analysis studies and make recommendations regarding possible IT interventions.
• Perform programming tasks according to the project plan and functional specifications.
• Maintain relationships with key users, super users and ensure proper use of the system by those users.
• Test and apply new features in the development and test environment, then apply them to production.
• Daily monitoring and maintenance for the ERP modules:
  Purchasing, Inventory, I‑procurement, I‑supplier, E‑tendering, Sourcing, and Project Contract.
• Follow up SR in Oracle Metalink if raised.
• Document all tasks performed from project origination to user manual.

• Good knowledge of Oracle ERP Solutions (financial and logistics).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: purchasing, I‑procurement, sourcing, inventory, assets management, assets tracking, fixed assets, suppliers, procurement services.
• System administration background is preferable.
• Powerful trainer with ability to explain complex concepts using everyday examples.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Workshop facilitation skills.
• Good writing reports and follow up.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Oracle Development Financial Logistics Track.

• BSc. Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 8 years in Applications Development.
• Arabic speakers are preferred.
