Senior Resource Analyst plays a critical role in forecasting, analyzing, and optimizing flight crew resources for flight operations. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate planning, risk mitigation, and efficient utilization of pilot resources across the network.

• Analyze operational and business data to support flight crew forecasting and long-term resource planning
• Develop and maintain flight crew resource forecasts considering attrition, training capacity, recruitment, and operational demand
• Conduct gap analysis between current and future crew requirements and recommend corrective actions
• Support planning and tracking of recruitment, transfers, upgrades, and other key resource events
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports highlighting trends, risks, variances, and operational impacts
• Collaborate with rostering, training planning, recruitment, fleet management, finance, and operations teams to validate assumptions and align strategies
• Contribute to continuous improvement of resource planning models, tools, and processes
• Ensure all planning outputs comply with regulatory, safety, and company requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant analytical or resource planning experience
• Strong knowledge of statistical and analytical methods for business decision-making
• Understanding of resource planning principles and methodologies
• Advanced skills in data analysis, visualization, and presentation
• Strong business case development and project management capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a complex operational environment
