Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage teams delivering 24x7 on-site customer support across HIA, DIA, and associated facilities
  • Ensure continuous support for end-user infrastructure, passenger processing systems, security systems, and digital platforms
  • Meet and maintain Service Level Agreements while driving high customer satisfaction
  • Provide dedicated support for executive users and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • Mentor team members and provide hands‑on technical guidance for complex incidents
  • Continuously evaluate service quality to eliminate recurring issues and minimize downtime
  • Establish and enforce controls for secure deployment and management of IT endpoint infrastructure
  • Ensure endpoints are compliant with patching standards and approved applications
  • Identify and remediate non‑standard applications to maintain a secure and standardized environment
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align field support services with operational needs
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience
  • Prior experience in airport or airline environments preferred
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Management or ISO 20000 best practices
  • Working knowledge of project management principles and processes
  • Strong understanding of end‑user computing tools, Microsoft technologies, and CUTE products
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and operate in a 24x7 environment
