• Apply data science, statistics, and optimization methods to enhance analytics capabilities within Flight Operations and CAMO.
• Lead data analysis initiatives to identify performance trends, uncover operational inefficiencies, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and optimization frameworks.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build prototypes and analytical tools that support data‑driven decision‑making.

• Ensure data integrity and governance across all analytical processes and deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated data science role.
• Proficient in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and machine learning model development.
• Experience with optimization tools such as Cplex, Gurobi, or Google OR‑Tools.
• Strong understanding of aviation or large‑scale operational analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Excellent analytical, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Skywise platform is an advantage.
