• Lead and manage a team of data analysts in collaboration with data engineers to design, develop, and implement advanced dashboards and analytical solutions.
• Drive enterprise-wide adoption of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Qlik.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data models, visual insights, and commercial performance analytics.
• Coordinate stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, datasets, and analytical enhancements.
• Oversee user stories and development requests for new and improved commercial reporting tools.
• Ensure proper governance, data security access, and license management in coordination with IT teams.
• Monitor global aviation analytics trends and implement best‑in‑class data management practices.
• Develop training programs to upskill commercial teams in business intelligence and analytical tools.
• Improve internal analytics processes and align departmental objectives with overall commercial strategy.
• Supervise, mentor, recruit, and develop team members to ensure high performance and succession planning.

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in data analytics with at least 3 years in a managerial leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Qlik, and enterprise data visualization platforms.
• Experience working with Agile methodology and cross‑functional commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of business planning, strategy, and advanced analytic techniques.
• Proven ability to present insights to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, delegation, and coaching capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced aviation environment.
