• Manage and optimize digital delivery systems for consistent, secure content distribution
• Maintain digital asset management platforms to ensure availability and proper version control
• Resolve technical issues affecting content delivery and implement long-term solutions
• Coordinate with engineering, digital, and project teams to streamline workflows
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and highlight opportunities for improvement
• Implement and maintain DRM protocols and digital security measures
• Ensure digital content is optimized for multiple devices, platforms, and bandwidth conditions
• Support internal teams and external clients with digital delivery processes
• Monitor emerging technologies and apply improvements to enhance delivery efficiency
• Contribute to the development of best practices for digital content management

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital content delivery or similar role
• Strong understanding of content delivery systems, formats, and optimization techniques
• Experience with CDNs, DAM tools, and content management systems
• Knowledge of DRM, cybersecurity fundamentals, and digital asset protection
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working under pressure
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with cloud-based digital delivery platforms is preferred
