Junior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and deadlines
• Support the development and tracking of project plans timelines and milestones
• Monitor project progress and help manage changes in scope schedule and costs
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders including clients vendors and internal teams
• Prepare project documentation status reports and presentations
• Help identify project risks and issues and escalte when necessary
• Ensure resource availability and assist in task allocation
• Participate in project meetings and maintain meeting minutes and action items
• Support quality control processes and ensure deliverables meet expectations
• Assist in post-project evaluations and lessons learned documentation
• Contribute to improving project management tools templates and processes
• Support client engagement to ensure satisfaction with project delivery

• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent
• 3 5 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Basic understanding of IT solutions and project environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong English communication skills
