- Set long-term technology vision and investment roadmaps aligned to divisional and group objectives
- Define and track KPIs to ensure IT value realization, governance, and delivery excellence
- Shape demand with executive stakeholders, evaluate supplier proposals, and build robust business cases
- Lead hybrid cloud strategy and execution across IaaS and PaaS environments to improve scale, resilience, and cost efficiency
- Drive adoption of AI and ML capabilities to modernize platforms and operations
- Own business value outcomes for technology programs with on-time, on-budget delivery
- Lead large, matrixed engineering and operations teams across multiple geographies, onshore and offshore
- Act as principal technology advisor to business leaders, closing service gaps and improving experience, reliability, and compliance
- Own portfolio investment budgets and capability roadmaps, sequencing delivery to manage risk thresholds
- Ensure end-to-end delivery from strategy to run, including governance, value tracking, and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 15 years leading large-scale IT services, infrastructure, and cloud teams
- Proven experience designing and operating hybrid cloud architectures using platforms such as Azure and GCP
- Strong background in Infrastructure as Code and automated platform delivery
- Experience leading global SD‑WAN adoption and enterprise network modernization
- Demonstrated leadership of 24‑7 IT command centers, IT service management, and end‑user technology environments
- Working knowledge of physical security and surveillance management systems
- Track record delivering large-scale digital transformation and innovation programs
- Experience managing complex teams across multiple geographic locations
- Strong vendor management, service recovery, and commercial negotiation capabilities
