- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth integration and rollout of digital services.
- Oversee omni-channel initiatives, including web portals and mobile applications, to enhance customer accessibility.
- Implement process improvement and change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new digital solutions.
- Track digital performance metrics and analyze user data to guide improvements and report KPIs to senior management.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and delivery milestones for multiple concurrent digital projects.
- Ensure all digital solutions comply with corporate governance, cybersecurity, and data integrity standards.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in digital product management, technology implementation, or IT project leadership.
- Strong background in managing enterprise-grade digital platforms and customer experience tools.
- Experience with process optimization, digital transformation, and change management frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or cargo technology will be an advantage.
