Position Overview

Product Designer at Qatar Airways in Doha, Qatar will join the Digital Enablement team to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across the airline's mobile applications and websites. • Design user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes based on user research and feedback.
• Create and refine digital product experiences across mobile apps and web platforms to ensure usability and consistency.
• Identify usability issues and friction points, proposing design solutions aligned with technical and business requirements.
• Apply user-centered and data-driven design approaches when developing new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Participate in ideation and conceptual development with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and market leads.
• Work with user research and testing teams to define success metrics and evaluate design outcomes.
• Collaborate with UX leads in IT to standardize tools, design systems, and best practices.
• Support continuous iteration of designs based on testing results and stakeholder feedback.
• Perform additional duties related to the role as assigned by the department.

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital product design solutions.
• Proficiency in UX and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer, or similar.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across design, technology, and business functions.
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is preferred.
