Are you a seasoned risk and regulatory expert with deep Fin Tech supervision experience? Here's a rare opportunity to shape the future of Fin Tech regulation. We are sourcing on behalf of a top-tier global consultancy for a Team Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of a Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) framework for Fin Tech entities.

• Design a comprehensive RBS framework covering payments, digital lending, crowdfunding & tokenized assets
• Oversee automated Power BI dashboards for real-time risk monitoring
• Lead workflow automation (Team Mate) for alerts & escalations
• Drive compliance monitoring system integrated with RBS framework
• Deliver inspection playbooks, SOPs & training to Central Bank staff
• Lead a team of 3 Senior Consultants end-to-end

• 10+ years in financial services risk management
• Deep knowledge of Fin Tech business models & associated risks
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT, operational resilience & governance
• Central bank or regulatory authority background — highly preferred

Duration: 12 months minimum and extendable
