Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to facilitate the successful delivery of AI and ML initiatives. You will coordinate cross-team integrations, manage timelines, monitor metrics, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.

• Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and internal integrations, enabling clear and efficient collaboration.
• Plan project schedules, track progress, and proactively identify and manage risks.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
• Ensure smooth integration of AI initiatives with broader organizational projects and processes.
• Promote best practices in project delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management.
• Strong familiarity with core technology concepts, from architecture to delivery workflows.
• Hands-on experience navigating end-to-end AI/ML project life cycles, from scoping and data readiness to deployment and iteration.
• 4+ years of project management experience in AI, ML, or tech-driven environments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong skills in planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and team coordination.
• Expertise with monitoring and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• SQL knowledge for basic checks, validation, and tracking.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
