Lead - AI Transformation

We are seeking a Lead – AI Transformation with strong strategic, commercial, and technical expertise to drive enterprise AI transformation initiatives. The role requires the ability to seamlessly operate between executive-level discussions and hands‑on delivery, translating strategic objectives into practical AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across the enterprise.
• Advise leadership on AI strategy, priorities, and investment decisions.
• Design scalable AI and automation solutions aligned to business needs.
• Lead implementation in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure delivery of measurable outcomes and long‑term capability building.

• 7+ years of experience in AI, digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Strong experience in AI, GenAI, analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with senior executives.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, copilots, AI agents, analytics, and automation.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, GCP, NVIDIA ecosystem, and modern AI platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integrations, APIs, data platforms, and security frameworks.

• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with strong delivery orientation.
