Network Support Engineer - Ooredoo

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or Information Technology from a recognized university.
• Strict requirement for active, verifiable enterprise networking certifications, such as Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent Huawei credentials.
• Candidates must hold a valid Qatar  (QID) along with a ready-to-transfer No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

• Monitor and maintain the core nationwide 5G and fiber‑optic networks, rapidly diagnosing severe hardware failures and routing issues within the Network Operations Center (NOC).
• Execute strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enterprise B2B clients, coordinating emergency dispatch protocols with field technicians to minimize costly network downtime.
• Enforce absolute compliance with Qatar Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) guidelines during all system upgrades and major infrastructure rollouts.
