• Minimum of 10+ years' experience as PM in a bank.
• IT Project Manager with extensive banking experience, especially in Asset or Wealth Management. (Any one products handled: Avaloq - Front Office, Finastra TCM - Middle Office, Temenos - Back Office)
• Experience in Custody - TCS Bancs, Securities, Lending & Borrowing - FIS.
• Expertise in project implementation/full project life-cycle.
• Implemented projects / Programs on Asset & Wealth Management / Private Banking sector.
• Well-versed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology.
• Solid experience and knowledge of process mapping / process re-engineering on Asset & Wealth Management.
• Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis.
• Change Management Methodology – proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies.
• Operational or change experience in the asset management industry.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Change Management Implementation – being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing coordination, test planning and execution.
• Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set.
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills – the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately.
