Oracle Senior Technical Consultant

As an Oracle Senior Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solutions and Oracle Fusion customizations for enterprise and government clients.

You will work across Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Process Automation, Autonomous Database, and Fusion ERP/HCM technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with client digital transformation initiatives.

• Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations, orchestration flows, scheduled integrations, and error handling mechanisms
• Develop web and mobile applications using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS)
• Create and optimize business processes using Oracle Process Automation (OPA)
• Develop and maintain Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB) solutions including SQL/PLSQL development and performance tuning
• Implement security best practices including OAuth 2.0, JWT, certificates, and role-based access

• Develop Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards and KPI reports
• Create OTBI reports, analyses, prompts, and drill-down reports
• Build and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports and scheduled bursting reports
• Support RPD modeling, data flows, and metadata customization
• Work on Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) enhancements where applicable

• Deliver Oracle Fusion ERP and HCM technical customizations
• Configure sandbox environments, Application Composer, page composer, and flexfields
• Develop Fast Formula scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud
• Execute data migration activities using FBDI and HDL
• Develop Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) integrations and chatbot workflows
• Support quarterly Oracle patch assessments and regression validation

• Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and test plans
• Participate in peer reviews and enforce development standards
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and client technical teams
• Support pre‑sales activities including technical proposals, estimations, and solution architecture discussions
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to Oracle practice development

• 10+ years of Oracle technology development experience
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud PaaS technologies
• Proven implementation experience across:
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS)
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC / OTBI)
• Oracle Process Automation (OPA)
• Oracle Autonomous Database (ADB)
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP and/or HCM technical customizations
• Previous experience within consulting, system integration, or enterprise digital transformation environments
• Experience working with enterprise or government clients is highly preferred

• Strong hands‑on experience with:
• REST APIs
• SOAP Services
• JSON
• XML
• XSLT
• OAuth 2.0
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud adapters and integration patterns
• Experience developing applications using Oracle VBCS
• Strong SQL/PLSQL development and database optimization skills
• Experience with OTBI, OAC dashboards, BIP reports, and RPD modeling
• Knowledge of FBDI, HDL, Fast Formula, and Oracle Fusion customization tools
• Familiarity with Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and conversational workflows
• Understanding of CI/CD and Dev Ops practices is a plus

• Oracle Cloud Platform Application Integration Certified Professional — Required
• At least one additional Oracle Cloud certification in:
• OAC
• VBCS
• ADB
• Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM
• Additional Oracle certifications are considered an advantage

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW)
• Exposure to Oracle SOA Suite or Oracle B2B integrations
• Oracle APEX development experience is a plus
• Experience with in Government, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Utilities sectors
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage
