Job Description
We are seeking a Bid Management Consultant to manage and execute the full bid lifecycle for application development, enterprise platforms, and system integration opportunities. This hands‑on role involves developing technical proposals, including solution design, delivery approach, governance models, and operational frameworks, as well as preparing BOQs, effort estimates, and solution visuals. The role requires close coordination with architects, delivery, finance, and partners, supporting medium to large public sector RFPs across software development, enterprise applications, cloud, integration, Data & AI, and managed services.
Responsibilities- Own and manage the full bid lifecycle from RFP analysis to submission.
-Act as the technical SPOC producing the bulk of proposal content - Develop technical solution write-ups, delivery and governance models, and SoWs.
-Prepare SLAs, KPIs, assumptions, dependencies, and risk registers. - Develop BOQs, resource plans, and effort estimates in coordination with architects and finance.
-Produce architecture diagrams, integration flows, and delivery visuals - Ensure proposal compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate inputs from architects, developers, PMO, finance, legal, and partners.
-Support clarifications, workshops, and proposal defenses when required.
- 5 to 8years of experience in IT / technology services.
- 3+ years in bid management, presales, or technical proposal writing roles (preferably in public sector)
- Strong background in application development, enterprise platforms, and system integration.
- Proven experience delivering large RFPs, RFQs, and framework agreements.
- Experience supporting GCC, government, or regulated-sector customers is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Dev Ops delivery models.
- Experience with fixed-price, T&M, and milestone-based contracts.
- Familiarity with Application Managed Services (AMS).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- PMP or PRINCE

- Agile / Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe). - Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- TOGAF (preferred). Platform exposure preferred: - Microsoft (.NET, Azure, Power Platform).
- Oracle (OCI, Fusion, APEX).
- SAP (S/4
HANA, BTP).
- Integration platforms (Mule Soft, Boomi, WSO2, Apigee).
- Excellent English technical writing skills.
- Strong ability to translate architecture into proposal-ready content.
- Proven experience producing BOQs, diagrams, and solution documentation.
- Strong RFP analysis and compliance skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, or Lucidchart.
- Ability to manage multiple bids concurrently in a remote environment.
- High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
