Provide techno‑functional support for Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS, develop customizations and integrations, troubleshoot payroll and HRMS issues, and enhance Oracle HRMS applications.
Collaborate closely with business users, payroll teams, and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, system compliance, and continuous improvement of HRMS processes.
Qualifications8 years of Oracle EBS HRMS techno‑functional experience.
