As a Principal IT/Digital in the Energy Practice, you will work closely with our client's leadership teams to understand their key challenges, define IT strategies, win buy-in for your recommendations and lead fellow BCG case team members to transform client potential into performance with high‑impact assignments. You will deploy customized IT strategies, digital platforms and architecture to leverage the digital potential of our customers for long‑lasting value.

You will evaluate and coach our clients' technology teams, manage quality and risk while maintaining client expectations and escalations. Besides the functional guidance of the project team, you will also be operationally responsible for the execution and management of the solution. Together with our clients you will develop convincing IT strategies, concepts and solutions that have a lasting impact on the organization, operating model, digital, and/or data landscape.

You will manage diverse teams of consulting talent, mentoring and developing team members. Clients will also seek your advice as a thought leader on business issues beyond the immediate scope of your project work. Finally, as a Principal you will contribute to the Practice Area development and help strengthen the BCG Platinion brand as an AI and digital leader.

• 8–12+ years in IT consulting or digital transformation
• Experience in Energy sector (e.g., Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals)
• Track record in IT transformation delivery
• Expertise in IT/Digital architecture, cloud, data & AI topics
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent academic degree
• Excellent English communication skills;
  Arabic is a plus.
