Project Manager; Network Infrastructure​/ELV​/Data Centre

Responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale ICT, Network Infrastructure, ELV, and Data Centre projects across enterprise and government sectors. The role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, technical coordination, and delivery leadership to ensure projects are executed within scope, timeline, budget, quality, and contractual obligations. Must have proven experience handling complex multi‑vendor environments, customer‑facing engagements, and mission‑critical infrastructure projects.

• Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Ensure successful execution of projects within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Enterprise Network Infrastructure, LAN/WAN/WiFi deployments, Data Centre Infrastructure, Structured Cabling Systems, Passive & Active Network Components, ELV Systems, CCTV, Access Control, Virtualization & Infrastructure Platforms, Server & Storage Infrastructure.

• Act as the primary customer‑facing representative for assigned projects.
• Manage communication with customers, consultants, vendors, OEMs, and internal management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and executive reporting.
• Ensure customer expectations are managed effectively throughout project execution.
• Coordinate internal resources, subcontractors, and external vendors.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and delivery commitments.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Support procurement and logistics coordination for project materials and equipment.

• Minimum 8‑12 years of project management experience in ICT/Telecom/System Integration environments.
• Proven experience managing Network Infrastructure projects, ELV projects, Data Centre projects, Government and enterprise customers.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Networking, Cisco/Aruba/Huawei environments, Data Centre technologies, Structured cabling standards, ELV systems integration, Virtualization platforms, Infrastructure deployment methodologies, Project governance frameworks.
• Experience handling multi‑million project portfolios is preferred.
• GCC experience, preferably in Qatar, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Smart Solutions and ICT integration environments is an added advantage.
