We are looking for a highly driven Sales Executive to expand our IT services presence across Qatar. If you have a strong marketing background and can translate technical offerings into real business opportunities, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Explore and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries
  • Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and strategic outreach
  • Understand client requirements and provide guidance on suitable IT solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations of our IT offerings to prospective clients
  • Draft proposals, manage contract discussions, and secure business agreements
  • Meet and exceed sales objectives while identifying new market opportunities
  • Track and report on sales activities, client engagement, and market trends
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development, ideally within IT/technology in Qatar
  • Strong B2B marketing and lead generation skills
  • Foundational knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred
  • Arabic proficiency is an advantage
Compensation

Family Computers is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional who can bridge the gap between technical solution design and strategic IT marketing. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation in enterprise IT solutions and a passion for driving business growth through strategic marketing.

Technical & Solution Architecture
  • Design and implement complex IT infrastructure and cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales/presales on proposals and solution design.
  • Provide internal training and mentorship to technical staff.
Marketing & Business Development
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation for IT solutions and services.
  • Identify target sectors and tailor outreach to potential clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and support the sales cycle.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding and positioning.
  • Enhance the company's digital presence and brand visibility.
  • Identify target sectors and develop tailored outreach strategies for each.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in enterprise IT solution design with marketing or business development experience in the IT industry.
  • Strong grasp of technologies such as HCI solutions (VxRail, Nutanix, VMware, vSAN), Microsoft Azure (Entra , DR, storage, governance, Defender, Sentinel, Intune), Networking & Security (Cisco, Palo Alto, SOC, SIEM tools), Enterprise Storage (Net App, Dell EMC).
  • Experience with modern endpoint management and unified communications.
  • Proven experience in B2B IT marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong communication, client engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with the Qatar market is a plus.
  • Fluent in English;
    Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with a result‑driven mindset.
Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, or ISC² are highly desirable.
