Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant

Overview

The Oracle Fusion Financials Senior Consultant will lead and deliver enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, focusing on financials modules, integrations, and deployment strategies. You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, drive best practices, and mentor junior consultants to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, data migration, and go-live support.
• Analyze complex business processes in general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, cash management, and intercompany reconciliations to design effective solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, document functional specifications, and translate them into technical designs.
• Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including security roles, workflows, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and manage issue resolution and change requests.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including workstream leads and junior consultants.
• Develop integration strategies and work with technical teams to implement interfaces, data conversions, and middleware solutions.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities such as scoping, developing proposals, and presenting solution demos as needed.
• Ensure project governance, risk management, and quality assurance are maintained throughout the engagement.

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials or related Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
• Strong functional knowledge across general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, cash management, and intercompany processes
• Hands-on configuration and implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules and related Oracle Cloud technologies
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting using Oracle Analytics or BI tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and work effectively in a matrix environment
• Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Cloud Financials certification is preferred

• Experience with multi-country or large-enterprise deployments
• Knowledge of project accounting, revenue management, and tax workflows within Oracle Fusion
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS) or Oracle SOA/ADF integration patterns
• Experience in agile delivery environments and leading distributed teams
• Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle Cloud

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field;
