Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Payroll Senior Consultant to lead and deliver end-to-end payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll expertise with strong project delivery, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Payroll modules across multiple clients or business units.
- Translate business requirements into scalable payroll solutions, aligning with country-specific tax rules, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, finance, IT, and external partners to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Perform system configuration, data migration, interfaces, and integrations with timekeeping, benefits, and external payroll systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support cutover activities.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and ongoing optimization of payroll processes.
- Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and contribute to knowledge management and standardization efforts.
- 5+ years of experience in [field], with a focus on Oracle Fusion Payroll implementations and/or global payroll operations.
- Strong hands‑on experience configuring Oracle Fusion Payroll, including statutory rules, tax calculations, benefits integration, and data model.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex payroll projects on time and within budget across diverse regulatory environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Oracle certifications related to Fusion HCM/Payroll (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll).
- Experience with multi-country payroll deployments and localization requirements.
- Familiarity with data migration tools, BI reports, and payroll testing methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion Payroll architecture, rules, and configurations.
- Strong project management and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail, quality-focused, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Proactive stakeholder management and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant Oracle Fusion or HCM certifications are highly desirable.
