Job Overview
Position:
Technical Consultant – Qatar (Unified Communication)
Required years of experience: 3‑4 years.
Languages:
Arabic (native) and English. Responsibilities include consulting, presales, implementation, project management, and support of Unified Communication projects.
- Provide consulting and presales support for Unified Communication solutions.
- Lead implementation, project management, and ongoing support.
- Maintain and update training materials, documentation, and technology transfer processes.
- Set up processes, knowledge bases, libraries, and documentation to achieve team objectives.
- Coordinate internal and external interactions: manage the internal team, engage enterprise customers, liaise with principals, distributors, and sales teams.
- 3‑4 years of experience in networking and Unified Communication implementation.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies and at least two of the following practices:
Microsoft, Cisco, or Avaya Unified Communications. - Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
- Academic qualifications: BE/B‑Tech/MSc in IT.
- Professional certifications: MCSE‑UC, Right Fax; preferred MCSE, CCNA/P.
- Languages:
Arabic (native) and English (very good).
