The successful candidate will resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral incidents and will have 4+ years of experience in desktop support.
Key responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365 applications and providing VIP desk-side support. A diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science is required, alongside fluency in Arabic and English.
