Responsibilities
- To establish and maintain a fit for purpose, integrated portfolio, programme and project performance reporting capability, leveraging enterprise systems and digital platforms, to support timely, data driven decision making by Project Services and Directorate management.
- Design, maintain and continuously improve project and portfolio performance reports and dashboards aligned with Corporate and Directorate requirements.
- Act as the business focal point for project and portfolio performance reporting systems, ensuring alignment with SAP S/4
HANA (PS/EPPM) and enterprise reporting platforms. - Translate business reporting and performance requirements into functional system and data models, working closely with ICT and system owners.
- Develop and manage business intelligence dashboards, analytics and trend reports to provide actionable insights on cost, schedule, progress, risks and performance.
- Coordinate, consolidate and synthesize inputs from project teams, Planning, Cost & Budget and SMEs to produce concise, executive level management reports and presentations.
- Support portfolio level visibility, cross project analysis and management oversight by identifying trends, deviations, risks and improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of reporting and performance management processes; prepare business cases and detailed functional requirements and support benefits realization.
- Analyze process and system performance data to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization and continuous improvement.
- Engage effectively with internal stakeholders (Projects, Planning, Cost, ICT) to ensure data quality, reporting consistency and alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in performance reporting, business intelligence or business analysis within major project / portfolio environments, preferably Oil & Gas.
- Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles.
- Proven experience with ERP and project systems, ideally SAP S/4
HANA (PS / EPPM). - Strong analytical, problem solving and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and business intelligence tools.
- Day Rate in QAR Plus Allowance
- 8 Hours / 5 Days
- 2 Years, with possible extension
- Qatar
