Byte Crew Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for L1 Service Desk Agents in Doha, Qatar to provide first-line IT support for a large enterprise user base. Responsibilities include answering calls, logging tickets, performing first-touch resolutions, and ensuring high-quality user experiences in both Arabic and English.
The ideal candidates will have a diploma or degree in IT, 2+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365. Willingness to work in shifts is essential.
