SANAD Insurance Brokers W.L.L. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support its digital marketing initiatives, strengthen online presence, and drive lead generation through content marketing, social media, and Google Ads. The successful candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and capable of creating marketing content and advertising copy in both languages.
Employment ArrangementThis is a long-term part-time opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can provide consistent support to SANAD and become an integral part of our digital marketing efforts. Preference will be given to candidates who are interested in building a long-term working relationship, with the potential for increased responsibilities based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Conduct keyword research and manage bidding strategies
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns
- Develop content calendars and posting schedules
- Create reels, videos, graphics, and marketing materials
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives
- Research market trends and competitor activities
- 2–5 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with Google Ads, PPC, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with Canva, Cap Cut, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Qatar/GCC experience preferred
This role is initially structured as a long-term part-time engagement. Depending on business needs, workload requirements, and the successful candidate's performance, there may be an opportunity to expand the role into a full-time position in the future.
