Niche Trading Qatar is looking for a talented and versatile Web Developer / IT Specialist / Social Media Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for website development and maintenance, IT support and infrastructure management, as well as managing the company's social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities- Web Development
- Develop, maintain, and update company websites and web applications.
- Optimize website performance, security, and user experience.
- Manage website hosting, domains, and backups.
- Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements.
- IT Support & Administration
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and network‑related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and IT equipment.
- Manage company email accounts, user access, and data security.
- Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Social Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Eurostaffs, and other digital channels.
- Design promotional campaigns and coordinate marketing activities.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages through social media platforms.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and industry best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in web development, IT support, and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Word Press, and website management.
- Experience in IT troubleshooting, networking, and system administration.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation.
- Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
