Paid Ads Specialist (Meta & Google Ads) – Onsite, Doha, Qatar. Full‑time position at Sparkia Digital Marketing Agency. Salary: QAR 3,000 – 3,500 per month.

Join Sparkia as a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist responsible for managing client accounts, digital campaigns, and lead generation across Meta, Google, Eurostaffs, Tik Tok, and other platforms.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Eurostaffs, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
• Generate and optimize leads through paid advertising campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts for Sparkia and client portfolios.
• Create content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate directly with clients and manage multiple accounts.
• Design static social media creatives and marketing materials (preferred).

• Proven 3‑4 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent communication and account management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/clients and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong marketing understanding.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop, or similar tools (advantage).

• Agency experience.
• SEO knowledge.

Working Hours:

9:00AM – 6:00PM (Friday is off). Candidates must be currently in Qatar and available to start immediately.
