Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst
Location:
Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Projects Performance & Reporting Analyst to drive portfolio and project reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, dashboards, and system integration.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain project & portfolio dashboards and performance reports
- Act as focal point for reporting systems (SAP S/4
HANA – PS/EPPM) - Develop BI dashboards, analytics, and trend reports (cost, schedule, risk)
- Consolidate project data into executive-level reports and insights
- Support portfolio visibility, cross-project analysis, and performance tracking
- Identify and implement automation and reporting improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field
- 10+ years experience in reporting, analytics, or project environments
- Strong knowledge of project/portfolio management principles
- Experience with SAP S/4
HANA (PS/EPPM) and BI tools - Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
