Lead – Digital Systems & Data Integration (Procurement / ERP)
Role
Purpose:
Lead the design, integration, and continuous improvement of procurement‑related systems, data platforms, and reporting tools across the company. Drive digital transformation through ERP optimisation, automation, and advanced analytics.
- Systems & ERP Integration:
Lead integration projects across SAP and other enterprise systems. - Optimize procurement workflows within ERP (likely SAP MM / Ariba / S/4
HANA). - Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance system efficiency.
- Data & Analytics Leadership:
Build and manage data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks. - Lead initiatives using Power BI, Power Query, Excel (advanced modeling).
- Establish data governance and quality standards.
- Process Automation:
Drive automation using Power Automate, Power Apps. - Eliminate manual processes in procurement and supply chain reporting.
- Stakeholder Management:
Act as technical lead between Procurement, IT, and Finance. - Translate business needs into system enhancements.
- Support senior leadership decision‑making via analytics and insights.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
Identify ERP and database improvement opportunities. - Implement best practices in data visualization (PowerPoint, Infographics), workflow optimization (SharePoint, Visio).
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Engineering, or Business with a strong technical background.
Experience Required10–15 years total experience; 5+ years in a Lead / Senior role.
- Proven background in ERP (SAP) implementation/improvements.
- Procurement / SCM systems.
- Data analytics & reporting.
- System integration projects.
