About the Role
We are hiring a Junior IT for one of our clients in Doha.
Key Responsibilities- IT support for workstation setup, software installation, provision of network access and connectivity
- Configure user accounts, permissions, access rights and storage allocation
- Configure computers with operating system and required application software
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting of hardware and software problems related to server and storage devices
- Troubleshoot network, desktops, laptops and server problems
- Provide Help Desk assistance to end users
- Monitor software, hardware, security and connectivity issues of the team
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Windows servers, computer systems, printer and server-based systems
- Ability to operate and provide end-user support for Microsoft Outlook, Excel, etc.
- Residing in Qatar with a valid QID
