Position Overview
Title: IT Application Specialist
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Type: Full‑Time, Onsite
We are looking for an experienced IT Application Specialist to join our IT Department. You will be responsible for the administration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business applications, ensuring they operate efficiently, securely, and reliably. You will design and develop solutions across the Microsoft Cloud Platform including O365, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.
Key Responsibilities- Develop SharePoint Online solutions (websites, forms, workflows, web parts, site templates). Configure sites, security groups, permissions. Develop MS Teams apps and Project Web App portals.
- Build and manage Power Apps (model‑driven & canvas). Design workflows with Power Automate. Create custom connectors. Develop Microsoft Forms.
- Configure Investor Portal (security roles, views, forms, business rules). Manage business processes, process templates, and generate reports.
- Implement new website features. Manage performance and availability.
- Support Digital Marketing – GTM, GA, SEO, newsletters.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings. Gather requirements. Develop BRDs, flowcharts, business models. Scope RFPs and evaluate proposals.
- Design and support solution integrations (API, REST). Ensure security policies are applied. Provide technical and business support.
- SharePoint Online – configuration, design, Web Parts, modern apps
- Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Teams, Power BI
- Power Apps – model‑driven and canvas app development
- Power Automate – business process automation and custom connectors
- API / REST Services – integrations with multiple data sources
- .NET Stack – C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework
- Front‑End – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- SDLC – extensive experience
- Dynamics 365 CRM – administration, development, reporting
- Azure Platform – App Service, Enterprise Application
- Word Press – development experience
- Agile / Scrum – methodology experience
- Project Management – excellent experience
- Soft Skills – Business Analysis & Process Mapping, End‑user stories & customer journeys, Documentation best practices, Excellent communication & teamwork, Time management & problem‑solving
- 7+ years in application support or IT systems roles
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification – Required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Certification – Preferred
