Responsibilities
Own ERP implementation from technology department and collaborate with Business Units to define and performs full cycle of ERP implementation within the organization.
Act as design authority for any domain related solutions with cooperation of solution architects.
Create and maintain ERP capacity plans, manage system in terms of license requirements and expansion to ensure business continuity.
Responsible to research for new updates of the ERP system in relation to the business domain and enhance the IT Infrastructure and recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle ERP technology to meet day-to-day business needs as well as scaling and automating for volume and growth.
User creation, authorization control and system support for the Organization and documenting user requirements and developing specifications for customization.
Integrating with other modules, integration testing & extending Post Go-live support, including training support to end-users.
Support existing Oracle Cloud ERP services/capabilities and provide efficient and cost-effective solutions for business requirements to respective domains.
Support the periodic release of Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) updates by Oracle by reviewing, testing, and validating in advance of production release and mitigating any issues found to minimize impact on the business.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to design new integrations and make changes to existing integrations, wherever required. Arrange to configure the Oracle HCM modules, according to business operation requirements.
Analyse and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by related departments and end users. Manage the whole ERP solution life cycle, including analyse, design, and testing solution documentation and lead throughout the implementations and support phase.
Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
8+ years of experience in ERP domain, preferably in telecommunication sector.
3 to 5 years of experience with deep technical understanding of multiple Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and complex solution design.
Five plus years work experience with integration, application upgrades, enhancements, and migrations for Cloud and On-Premises ERP/HCM applications is required.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in cloud technologies and cloud implementation.
Vendor management experience.
