About the role

TS Controller – Cyber Security (Offensive Security/Red Team). This role is a component of MATAR-IT Cyber Safety & Risk Administration group, with a main role in tactical cyber‑attack analysis, testing and evaluation, cyber intelligence, and red or purple teaming. The candidate will have experience in operating tactical screening, proof‑of‑concept development, and evaluation, carrying out technical research, and recognizing approaches to spot emerging cyber hazards, emulating full‑life cycle cyber‑attack methods, and having a deep understanding of developing Advanced Persistent Threat Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs).

• Carrying out infiltration examinations and performing red‑team interactions.
• Experience in detail security and threat simulation.
• Thorough expertise of international cyber threats, threat stars and the TTPs used by adversaries.
• Proficient in exploitation and post‑exploitation frameworks such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Empire.
• Solid knowledge of core Information Technology concepts such as Windows & Active Directory domain, Unix/Linux, continuous improvement through partnership with threat simulation, vulnerability monitoring, and technical design.
• Effectively turn risk intelligence into actionable guidance and notifications.

• Minimum 5 years of leading critical incident response projects.
• Graduate in Computer/Design or equivalent.
• Experience in penetration testing by mimicking real‑world attack methods.
• Full‑stack knowledge to understand modern attacks that involve networks, frameworks, cloud, and applications.
• Capability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong creative and verbal communication.
• Sector certifications such as OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, GPEN.
