Position Overview
We seek an experienced IT Service and Asset Management (ITSM/ITAM) Solutions Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ITSM and ITAM solutions. In this role you will leverage your expertise in platforms such as Ivanti Service Manager to architect comprehensive solutions that streamline IT operations and enhance organisational efficiency. As a senior team member you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, mentor junior engineers, and drive innovation in ITSM and ITAM practices.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ITSM and ITAM solutions from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Architect scalable and resilient ITSM and ITAM architectures that meet the evolving needs.
- Customise and configure ITSM and ITAM platforms to align with industry best practices and client‑specific requirements.
- Integrate ITSM and ITAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless interoperability and data integrity.
- Define and enforce ITIL-based processes for incident, change, asset, service catalogue management, problem, knowledge, etc.
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in ITSM and ITAM practices, leveraging automation and analytics to optimise workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex IT challenges and drive strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in ITSM/ITAM and related domains and evaluate their potential impact on our solutions and services.

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM and ITAM solution design, implementation, and support.
- Proven expertise in Ivanti Service Manager, with a deep understanding of the system capabilities and configurations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, with ITIL Foundation V4 certification required.
- Demonstrated experience architecting and deploying ITSM and ITAM solutions within large enterprise environments, preferably banks.
- Proficiency in system integration, data migration, and process automation.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Leadership experience, including mentoring and coaching junior team members.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
